Pain strikes (Part 2)

This morning I woke up feeling pain not just at the right side but also on the left side. Somehow, the pain on the left now became more consistent than where the fibroid was. It was painful even when I peed.

So I finally decided to go to the gynae. We woke up, washed up and made our way down. Thank God we were very early and was second in the queue despite not having any appointment.

The ultrasound scan shows that my fibroid was degenerating! Praise God!! Gynae said it looks watery, means it's melting. She said the pain will subside eventually, if not, just take Panadol.

The urine test shows that I have UTI. That's probably why I'm feeling the pain on the left side. I was given antibiotics for treatment.

CTG scan shows that there were contractions, probably Braxton hicks, because I didn't really feel the contractions. I felt Rachael moving when the graph shows contraction. Rachael's heartbeat was strong and fast. Her heartbeat will increase to around 150 whenever she moves and drops to 130 when she's not moving. That's so interesting!

Well, thank God that everything is still well with her. Gynae didn't want to rush to deliver her out. And I'm glad that the pain seemed to have subsided since I came back. Maybe I really got used to the pain already or Rachael decided not to push the fibroids anymore. The belly button is still very sensitive though. One gentle rub is enough to trigger much pain. Left side pain is still constantly there.

Let's continue to wait and see when Rachael will be ready to meet all of us!

Guesses on delivery date:
Jane: 18 March
Me: 19 March
Deb: 21 March
Serene: 24 March
Hubby: 27 March

Who will guess correctly?? We shall see!!
